A Balikbayan couple toured us to their property that they wanted in Tayuman Manila which i havent visited i guess for sooo many years. The couple i am with are retired bank employees in the US, they've been there in the US for almost 30 years and Tayuman is their hometown.
Tayuman manila is a place known in selling catholic sculptured statues, as you pass along the streets you can see a very busy street. The balikbayan couple commented that it's just the same place where they used to pass by before and new buildings were built but there are more people around the area.
There's LRT station Tayuman which makes the place more accessible to people. Landmarks in the area are University of Sto. Thomas, SM San Lazaro, Department of Health which makes the place busy. Any street we go in has small businesses in that small area. Mixed community are in there.
The place we went to is just across the Tayuman LRT station where jeepney passes 24x7. It's a 800 sqm lot along the busy road of Tayuman. Ideally it's best for development of new townhouses, a supermarket, children school.
To top it all Traffic of People in Tayuman grows bigger as the years go by relative to the increase in countries population. Just another highly commericialized area in Manila which is a best place to invest your money into.

New Offering of DMCI Homes Cedar Crest Condo Taguig
Cedar Crest Condominium in Taguig Whoah! a new offering from DMCI homes. all 2 bedroom condo units near global city taguig. Construction of the building will start soon so better be up there to take advantage of it's low price, Cedar Crest Taguig. Dont wait till the building rises up to the middle before you buy because im sure the price already rises up too.
Investing in new offerings of a well established developer is another option in real estate investing. You are able to take advantage of the offer price then soon as the building finishes it's amenities check an estimate of 5-7% increase in price, plus plus... an almost 2.4M additional worth of property be listed in your assets...

Real Estate Mentor: Larry Gamboa meets the neophyte
It's a Sunday, my date time with the Lord so there i was at the food court of valle verde waiting for the next session of FEAST ( weekly festive celebration of holy mass and inspirational talk of bro. bo sanchez). I saw my virtual mentor Larry Gamboa ( i always tell his virtual mentoring is through his books which until now i keep on reading... i've already read it for like 4 times). So i waved hands and gave the biggest smile and to my surprise he approached me and made a small chat... perfect!!!! Time for me to remind him two things:
1. The think rich pinoy payment page, the seminar date supposedly is on November 28 but the payment says it's aug 1. ( I've checked it last night it's already fixed so you can reserve now for the seminar)
2. Ask him to be my mentor (already got the courage-- check on this why i already have the courage). I found relief when he says a loud "YES! email me so that i can send you the questionare!)
